Achievements:

In a fast-paced retail environment working with all team members and the store manager to find effective ways of increasing sales and achieving sales targets. During which time the focus remained on a high level of customer service. This has ensured a welcoming, warm environment and built a base of regular customers and engaged staff.

  • Conducted/participated in daily Toolbox Meetings including safety information and potential issues with any of the client's gardens.
  • Followed instructions of the team leader to carry out gardening services for the client in a professional way and being polite and friendly in any interactions with the client.
  • Ensured safety at all times through monitoring correct use of PPE and observing safety precautions required by each site.

Achievements:

Assisted the team leader when one member of staff was injured and had to be taken to the hospital. Responded to the situation in a way the prioritised safety of all involved and ensured that no further injuries occurred, and the incident was dealt with appropriately. Providing high level of quality gardening services to elderly and disabled clients, ensuring they felt valued and independent.

Achievements:

Clients wanting environmental approval for a project must ensure that they meet requirements under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 in their application to ensure the environment is protected. By amending application submitted, clients were able to achieve their objective of gaining approval and all requirements of environmental protection were achieved
