I met all seasonal directives and outcomes, this was achieved by improving on seasonal KPI's with a high standard of umpire engagement and team retention.

Personal Interests and Hobbies

  • Umpiring - Basketball : Umpiring has been a passion of mine since 2017, it has opened pathways that allowed me to preform in a high performance environment. It is a hobby that allows for continuous self improvement and growth.
  • Coaching and community engagement : I am deeply passionate about giving back to my community and assisting those who are at risk, I have been able to do this by coaching and being involved in community engagement initiatives. Since 2017, I have been coaching referees, at risk youth and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a basketball environment. My achievement is a rewarding engagement with my community.
